(Baonghean.vn) - For the first time, a necessary and sufficient timeframe for training Ukrainian pilots to fight on F-16 aircraft has been outlined – at least 5 years. American politicians and analysts believe this is one of the many reasons why this aircraft cannot become a miracle weapon for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
