The US is seeking to blame Ukraine for the failure of the Abrams tank.

According to Politico, the American Abrams tanks do not guarantee a clear victory for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and the key factor is Ukraine's determination to overcome the challenge.
“Abrams are armored vehicles, but they are not a panacea. Ultimately, Ukraine’s determination to achieve a breakthrough is what matters most,” the article states.
Politico claims that Ukraine will receive the first 10 of the 31 Abrams tanks promised for delivery this September.
According to a Pentagon source, the slow counterattack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces cannot be called a "major breakthrough." However, US officials hope that American tanks will help Ukraine gain some advantage.
Earlier, CNN reported that the US had approved sending the first batch of US-made Abrams tanks to Kyiv.
According to Doug Bush, the U.S. Army's chief procurement officer, the Abrams tanks are planned to be "delivered to Europe first, then to Ukraine, along with their accompanying equipment."
Doug Bush also stated that Washington plans to supply Ukrainian forces with ammunition, spare parts, and fuel for Abrams tanks. Therefore, this shipment includes not just the tanks, but a complete package.
