Reply:Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 218 of the 2024 Land Law, the types of land used for multiple purposes include the following:

- Agricultural land is used in combination with commercial purposes, services, livestock breeding, and medicinal plant cultivation;

- Land used for public purposes is combined with commercial and service purposes;

- Land for construction of public works is used in combination with commercial and service purposes;

- Residential land is used in combination with agricultural, commercial, service and business purposes;

- Land with water surface is used for multiple purposes in accordance with the provisions of Articles 188, 189 and 215 of the 2024 Land Law;

- Religious land and belief land are used in combination with commercial and service purposes;

- Land specified in Clause 2 and Clause 3, Article 9 of the 2024 Land Law is used for a combination of agricultural purposes, construction of postal, telecommunications, technology, information, outdoor advertising, and solar power infrastructure works, specifically land in the agricultural land group and in the non-agricultural land group.

In addition, the use of multi-purpose land must satisfy the requirements under Clause 2, Article 218 of the 2024 Land Law as follows:

- Does not change soil type according to soil classification

- Does not eliminate the necessary conditions to return to using the land for its main purpose;

- Does not affect national defense and security;

- Limit impacts on the conservation of natural ecosystems, biodiversity, and environmental landscapes;

- Does not affect the land use of adjacent plots;

- Fully perform financial obligations as prescribed;

- Comply with relevant laws.
