Nam A Bank Nghe An Branch signs cooperation agreement with Nghe An University of Economics.

Representing Nam A Bank at the signing ceremony were Mr. Trinh Duong Chinh - Director of Nam A Bank - Nghe An Branch, along with representatives from various departments and divisions.

Representing Nghe An University of Economics were Dr. Nguyen Dinh Tuong - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the University Council; Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu - Rector of Nghe An University of Economics; and members of the Board of Directors, representatives of faculties and departments, and student representatives.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Hieu, Rector of Nghe An University of Economics, briefly introduced the university's more than 60-year history and its major orientations and goals, with a focus on improving the quality of teaching and learning. In this process, increased investment, curriculum innovation, and digital transformation are priorities, therefore, cooperation with banks and businesses with technological strengths and pioneers in digital transformation, such as Nam A Bank or other universities, is necessary and consistent with the university's priorities.

According to the announced cooperation agreement, over the next five years, Nam A Bank will provide staff, students, and trainees of the school with products and services such as payment accounts, payroll services, and credit cards; fee and tuition collection; various types of term deposits; secured and unsecured loans; cashless payment solutions, etc.

In addition, Nam A Bank participates in sponsoring the Scholarship Fund and accepting students from Nghe An University of Economics for internships/practical training at Nam A Bank; and also participates in job fairs, career guidance programs, seminars, and sports events. Nam A Bank will consider sponsoring all or part of the software for connecting systems, managing information, and managing academic finances based on proposals from Nghe An University of Economics to support the university's operations. Nam A Bank will also consider recruiting some excellent and outstanding graduates from Nghe An University of Economics when they meet the recruitment conditions and standards as stipulated.

According to the agreement, Nghe An University of Economics will support and facilitate access to products and services provided by Nam A Bank for its staff, students, and parents; prioritize the use of financial products and services offered by Nam A Bank; coordinate the organization of experience, knowledge, and skills exchanges; specialized seminars on finance; and cooperate in organizing content for series of projects/events promoting the image and brand of both parties; support the promotion of Nam A Bank's brand; and communicate the preferential policies for Nam A Bank's financial products and services to its staff, students, and trainees.

Established in 1992, Nam A Bank now operates in key provinces and cities nationwide with nearly 250 business locations, including nearly 150 branches and transaction offices, and 103 ONEBANK 365+ digital transaction points. In Nghe An province, Nam A Bank has its head office branch on Le Loi Street and 7 transaction points, including 4 in Vinh City (Hung Binh, Ha Huy Tap, Hung Dung, and the newest, Trung Do) and 3 in the districts of Dien Chau, Do Luong, and Yen Thanh.

Also this morning, Nghe An University of Economics signed a memorandum of cooperation on training, student exchange, internships, and dual degree programs with Sunchon National University (South Korea).
