Nam Dan: Disciplinary action: expelling 6 party members, removing 4 party members from office

In 2017, the total number of party members subject to disciplinary action in Nam Dan was 73 (an increase of 30 compared to 2016). Of which, in terms of party member disciplinary action: 6 were expelled, 4 were dismissed, 11 were warned, and 52 were reprimanded.

Regarding the subjects subject to disciplinary action, there are 7 party members under the management of the District Party Committee Standing Committee; 18 party members under the management of the grassroots level, and 48 party members who do not hold positions.

Regarding the content of violations, 3 party members violated the implementation of regulations on discipline and administrative discipline; 1 party member violated the implementation of assigned duties and responsibilities; 2 party members created records and declared personal records not in accordance with regulations; 1 party member signed and issued copies of birth certificates in violation of regulations; 1 party member violated regulations on driving road vehicles; 4 party members violated social evils (gambling, stealing property); 25 party members lacked responsibility and lax leadership; 33 party members violated the Population and Family Planning policy.

Regarding the level of decision on disciplinary action: The Standing Committee of Nam Dan District Party Committee disciplined 4 party members (dismissed from office); the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee disciplined 13 party members (7 reprimands, 6 expulsions); the grassroots Party Committee disciplined 52 party members (41 reprimands, 11 warnings); the Party cell under the grassroots Party Committee disciplined 4 party members (4 reprimands).
