Nam Dinh appoints coach Mauro Jeronimo, debut on November 23

Nam Dinh FC officially appointed Portuguese coach Mauro Jeronimo (born in 1987) as head coach on November 14. The decision was handed over by CEO Vu Hong Viet and the coach will have his debut match on November 23, when Nam Dinh Blue Steel welcomes Long An in the National Cup.

Coach Mauro Jeronimo's first statement

“I am very honored to work at Nam Dinh Green Steel. This is a quality team, well-invested, with many good players. We will fight together to achieve the best results. This season, Nam Dinh Green Steel will participate in four tournaments, both international and domestic. It is both a challenge and an honor. Not many teams in Vietnam have such an opportunity,” Coach Mauro shared when meeting the players at Thien Truong Stadium.

Debut match 11/23 at National Cup

Coach Mauro Jeronimo will lead the Blue Steel Nam Dinh for the first time when the team hosts Long An in the National Cup on November 23. This is the milestone that opens the new term, in the context that Nam Dinh has to distribute its forces to four arenas this season.
