Male student assaulted in Vinh City requires surgery.
Information from the family of the male student who was assaulted on the afternoon of February 18th in Vinh City indicates that NQS will need surgery to raise the nasal bone and cartilage.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Cu, the boy's father, after being admitted to the emergency room, S. was then transferred to the trauma and neurosurgery department of Vinh City General Hospital. There, doctors performed a CT scan, and the initial results showed that NQS had a fractured nasal bone.
On the evening of February 18th, the family transferred NQS to Military Hospital 4. There, doctors performed brain scans and are currently monitoring her condition.
However, today the hospital performed reconstructive surgery to raise the nasal bone and cartilage, as this was the most severely damaged area.

Regarding the events, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Long, Chief of Vinh City Police, stated: "The authorities will quickly consolidate the case file and consider prosecuting the reckless individual who disregarded the law and the lives and health of citizens, in order to set an example for others."
Previously, Nghe An Newspaper reported on the assault that took place at a traffic light on Tran Phu Street, near Vinh City General Hospital.
The video clip shows a man repeatedly punching a young man riding a motorbike in the face.
After the video was widely shared on social media, the man's actions sparked outrage in the community. Many expressed their disapproval of this violent behavior and demanded that authorities investigate and take prompt action.
The Quang Trung Ward Police, in coordination with the Vinh City Police, quickly directed forces to investigate and clarify the incident. Currently, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Vinh City Police is temporarily detaining Dang Thai Hoang (born in 1995), residing in Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City, to investigate and clarify his actions of "disturbing public order".
