Accordingly, at around 3:00 a.m. on April 5, Tam went to Khang Huong Petroleum Retail Agency (residing in Xom Moi, Chau Thon Commune) to buy gasoline. There, Tam and Mr. Bui Van Ngoc, a gas station employee, had a conflict, so Mr. Ngoc beat Tam.
Early morning on April 6, Tam rode a bicycle carrying 10 meters of electric wire to Khang Huong petrol station with the intention of taking revenge for Ngoc beating him in the afternoon. At that time, Ngoc was sleeping soundly, Tam used the electric wire plugged into a 220V outlet and pressed it directly into Ngoc's face, causing the victim to suddenly get up and scream, so Tam panicked and ran away, leaving the bicycle in the yard.
From the bicycle left behind, Que Phong District Police quickly found Tam, the person who electrocuted Ngoc late at night.
