A 17-year-old boy died while arguing over karaoke.
Following a dispute over who would sing karaoke at a bar, 17-year-old Hoang Van Phuc was chased and fatally stabbed by a rival group.

According to the investigation, the previous evening, Tho's group was drinking at Beo's snail restaurant (Xuan Hung commune, Xuan Loc district) when an argument broke out with Phuc's group. Tho went home to get weapons, and together with his group, they sought revenge on their rivals due to a conflict over who would sing karaoke.
Upon arriving at Hamlet 2, Xuan Hung Commune, Tho's group, armed with iron pipes and swords, chased and attacked Phuc and his cousin. Phuc was taken to the hospital by local residents but died. A few hours later, the perpetrators were arrested.
