Young man borrows motorbike to go around stealing property.
(Baonghean.vn) - Taking advantage of their acquaintance, Pit Van Um borrowed a motorbike from Chich Van Sinh to buy food, but in reality, he used it to steal property. The suspect was subsequently apprehended by the Huu Kiem Commune Police in coordination with the Ky Son District Police.
At approximately 8:30 PM on July 8th, the police in Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district, received a report from Mr. Gia Ba Co (born in 1974), residing in Huoi Vieng village, Dooc May commune, reporting that his mobile phone had been stolen while he was receiving medical treatment at the Ky Son District Medical Center.

Shortly after, using sharp investigative techniques, at 10:20 PM on the same day, the police force arrested Pit Van Um (born in 1998), residing in Luu Tan village, Bao Nam commune, Ky Son district, for the crime of theft; the seized items included one mobile phone, one motorbike, and some related items.
At the police station, Pit Van Um confessed that he stole the phone from Mr. Gia Ba Co, and that the motorbike was borrowed from Mr. Chich Van Sinh (born in 1984), residing in Luu Tan village, Bao Nam commune, Ky Son district, and had not yet returned it.

According to Mr. Chích Văn Sinh's statement on the afternoon of July 8, 2021, Pịt Văn Um borrowed his motorbike, saying he needed it to buy food, but did not return it by late night, and did not answer his calls. Only when informed by the Hữu Kiệm commune police did Mr. Sinh learn that Pịt Văn Um had borrowed his motorbike to steal property.
After completing the case file, the Huu Kiem Commune Police returned the phone to Mr. Gia Ba Co and the motorbike to Mr. Chich Van Sinh.
