Young man borrowed a motorbike to go steal property
(Baonghean.vn) - Taking advantage of their acquaintance, Pit Van Um borrowed Chich Van Sinh's motorbike to buy food but in reality he was going to steal property. The subject was later arrested by Huu Kiem Commune Police in coordination with Ky Son District Police.
At about 8:30 p.m. on July 8, Huu Kiem Commune Police, Ky Son received a complaint from Mr. Gia Ba Co (born in 1974), residing in Huoi Vieng village, Dooc May commune, reporting that a thief had stolen a mobile phone while he was receiving medical treatment at Ky Son District Medical Center.

After only a short time, with sharp professional measures, at 22:20 on the same day, the police force arrested Pit Van Um (born in 1998), residing in Luu Tan village, Bao Nam commune, Ky Son district for theft of property; confiscated evidence, 01 mobile phone; 01 motorbike and some related items.
At the police station, Pit Van Um declared that he stole the phone from Mr. Gia Ba Co, and the motorbike was property he borrowed from Mr. Chich Van Sinh (born in 1984), residing in Luu Tan village, Bao Nam commune, Ky Son district, and had not returned.

According to Chich Van Sinh's statement on the afternoon of July 8, 2021, Pit Van Um borrowed Sinh's motorbike, saying it was to buy food, but he did not return it until late at night, and he did not answer the phone when he called. Only when he was informed by Huu Kiem Commune Police did Sinh know that Pit Van Um had borrowed his motorbike to steal property.
After completing the case file, Huu Kiem Commune Police returned the phone to Mr. Gia Ba Co and returned the motorbike to Mr. Chich Van Sinh.
