Improving the quality and effectiveness of social monitoring and criticism.
On the afternoon of July 10th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province organized a conference to disseminate Directive No. 06-CT/TU, dated January 30, 2026, of the Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the leadership of Party committees over the social supervision and criticism work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations in the province during the 2026-2030 period. The conference also provided guidance and training on social supervision and criticism for Fatherland Front officials at all levels.

Social monitoring and criticism are extremely important tasks of the Fatherland Front at all levels in fulfilling its role in building the Party and the government. The monitoring and criticism activities of the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations are specifically regulated by the Party and the State in many documents.
Over the past period, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has consistently paid attention to leading, directing, and issuing numerous documents clearly defining the responsibilities of Party committees, government agencies, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations in carrying out social supervision and criticism. Most recently, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee issued Directive No. 06-CT/TU, dated January 30, 2026, on strengthening the leadership of Party committees over the social supervision and criticism work of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations in Nghe An province during the 2026-2030 period.
This serves as the basis for the Fatherland Front at all levels in the province to implement and guide the execution of social monitoring and criticism activities.

At the conference, delegates listened to presentations and dissemination of the main contents of Directive No. 06-CT/TU dated January 30, 2026, of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the leadership of Party committees at all levels over the work of supervision and social criticism by the Vietnam Fatherland Front and political and social organizations in Nghe An province, giai đoạn 2026-2030.

The rapporteur of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front also conveyed key contents, and at the same time, shared experiences, skills and methods of organizing and implementing social supervision and criticism activities of the Fatherland Front at all levels.

The conference also provided time for local Front officials to exchange and share effective practices; reflect on difficulties and obstacles encountered in practice at the grassroots level; and thereby propose solutions to further improve the quality and effectiveness of social supervision and criticism, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new period.
