Enhancing the application of digital technology in Front work.
On the morning of August 22nd, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held the opening ceremony for a training course to enhance the technology application skills of Front officials, meeting the requirements of reforming operational methods in the new situation.
The digital space is increasingly becoming an important channel for connecting with the people, conveying the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and receiving and synthesizing opinions, suggestions, and understanding the people's thoughts and aspirations.

During the training course, more than 400 grassroots Front Committee officials from across the province gained access to essential knowledge and skills in the digital environment; focusing on exploiting digital platforms and tools to serve propaganda, mobilization, and interaction with the people. In particular, the application of artificial intelligence was considered in relation to Front Committee work, supporting officials in processing information, building communication content, and improving work efficiency.

An important aspect is enhancing the capacity to grasp and analyze information and public opinion in the online environment. Given the rapid and multi-directional dissemination of information, Front Committee officials must receive and synthesize opinions, analyze trends, verify information, and promptly reflect issues of public concern. This contributes to providing official information, fostering consensus, and mitigating the impact of misinformation.

Digital transformation in the work of the Fatherland Front is therefore not simply about adding technology to the work, but about changing the methods of organization, management, and interaction with the people. The goal is to build a team of cadres who are both proficient in their professional work and possess technological skills, proactively adapting to the new working environment.

Through this training course, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province aims to improve the quality of Fatherland Front officials at all levels; effectively utilize digital technology in propaganda, mobilization, supervision, social criticism, and gathering the people, contributing to building a "digital Fatherland Front" that is close to the people, grassroots, and operates in an increasingly practical and effective manner.
