Neymar admits to abusing diving tactics.
The Brazilian superstar has promised to redeem himself after being criticized for his exaggerated feigning of injury at the 2018 World Cup.
"People think I overreact, and sometimes I do," Neymar wrote.Twitter"The truth is, I suffered on the court, and people didn't understand how I dealt with everything after the game. When I left without saying anything, it was because I didn't like losing and was afraid of disappointing people. When I acted unfriendly, that was when I had to confront my fears."

People think I've been lying on the ground too much, but the truth is I've been through a breakdown. I accept the criticism and look back at myself to become a new person. People can continue to throw stones at me or help me get back on my feet."

Neymar's excessive antics at the 2018 World Cup damaged his image. The 26-year-old striker was constantly scrutinized and became a target of ridicule on social media, which was detrimental to the brands he represented.
Neymar has announced he will continue playing for PSG next season, putting an end to rumors of a move to Real Madrid. His biggest goal is to lead PSG to glory in the Champions League.
