(Baonghean.vn) - According to RIA Novosti, British analyst Alexander Mercouris said that Russia will be able to achieve all its objectives on the front thanks to its superior resources.
"The main fighting is currently taking place at Chasov Yar. As I have said many times, and this also applies to other places where fighting has taken place - Mariupol, Severodonetsk, Lisichansk, Bakhmut, Avdeevka - the final outcome is beyond doubt. This is clear," analyst Mercouris said.
According to Mercouris, Russia has all the resources, personnel, artillery, bombs, and drones that would allow it to control any territory it needs, no matter how long it takes.
Previously, on April 7th, experts from the US-based Institute for the Study of War (ISW) published a report stating that the head of the Main Directorate of Defense Intelligence of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, Lieutenant General Kirill Budanov, said that Ukraine expected Russia to intensify its offensive operations in late spring and early summer.
