Russia discovers bomb factory, arrests 4 IS members planning to attack Moscow
Four IS members have been arrested in Russia as they were planning a terrorist attack on Moscow's public transport system.
According to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), these elements are believed to have received attack orders from IS leaders in Syria.

After searching the suspects' temporary residence, Russian security forces discovered a facility manufacturing homemade explosive devices in Moscow and an explosive device ready to be used in an attack, along with materials for manufacturing explosive devices.
