Russia discovers bomb-making workshop, arrests four ISIS militants planning attacks on Moscow.

Four ISIS members have been arrested in Russia while planning a terrorist attack targeting Moscow's public transportation system.

According to the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB), these individuals are believed to have received orders to attack from ISIS leaders in Syria.

Following a search of the suspects' temporary residences, Russian security forces discovered a facility in Moscow for manufacturing improvised explosive devices, a ready-to-use explosive device, and materials for making explosives.

In addition, police also discovered numerous weapons, ammunition, and materials containing extremist ideology.
