According to Russian media, this equipment has been deployed for field testing in combat zones to assess its real-world combat capabilities.

Although an updated version of this project has been underway since 2023, there is currently no official data indicating that Sarma has been mass-produced or officially deployed in the Russian armed forces. Current information is primarily limited to frontline testing.
