According to sources from Russia's Rostec corporation, quoted by Indian media, Moscow is showing a high degree of willingness to share core technical solutions for the S-350. This move is seen as similar to how Russia previously agreed to localize and share technology for manufacturing the Su-57E fighter jet with New Delhi.
The revelation of "secrets" regarding a modern air defense system like the S-350 is seen as a strategic move to secure export contracts in the context of global competition.
