Russia will send... a cake into space.

(Baonghean.vn) -A Moscow confectionery company has come up with a unique idea: sending cakes into space. A special "shipment" will fly into orbit before the New Year.

According to Andrei Vedenikov, director of the "Space Food Research Laboratory," the cake will be placed in a large tube attached to the food delivery rocket.

The cookies contain walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, and chocolate. Currently, the Space Food Research Laboratory is conducting technical experiments to ensure there are no errors before packaging. “This surprise gift was proposed by the Moscow bakery company at the end of last summer. The first batch was discarded because it didn't meet the specifications for storage on the space station, even though it was delicious. We are working hard to ensure the cookies are delivered to the astronauts on schedule,” said Andrei.

Residents of Moscow can enjoy a special batch of cakes at the Moscow Space Museum during the New Year, or purchase them at official stores of the "Moskva" cake brand.

"Moscow" cake is a favorite among Hanoi residents, made primarily with fragrant walnuts combined with rich, creamy milk. The price of 1kg of cake is approximately 500,000 VND.
