(Baonghean.vn) - Following instructions from the Ministry of Transport, the Dien Chau - Bai Vot section of the North-South expressway must be completed and opened to traffic for approximately 30 km, from the National Highway 7 intersection in Dien Cat commune, Dien Chau district, to the National Highway 46B intersection in Hung Tay commune, Hung Nguyen district, by the upcoming April 30th holiday.
