In the last six months of 2017, the provincial civil enforcement agencies will focus all resources on accelerating the progress and results of civil enforcement to ensure the comprehensive completion of 12 groups of targets and tasks assigned by the Ministry of Justice and the General Department of Civil Enforcement in 2017. Among these, four key targets must be met or exceeded: completing over 72% of cases and over 34% of the monetary amounts of the total enforceable cases; reducing by at least 9% the number of enforceable cases and 8% the amount of money carried over to 2018.

Continue to strengthen efforts to persuade parties with the means to comply with judgments to do so voluntarily. At the same time, resolutely organize enforcement actions against parties who have the means to comply with judgments but deliberately refuse to do so, in order to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of all parties and improve the results of civil judgment enforcement.

Strengthening self-inspection and internal audits of the sector, especially the inspection of case classification and the progress of judgment execution, aims to enhance administrative discipline and order, and promptly correct errors in professional activities.

At the press conference, leaders of the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department and related units directly answered questions from local media outlets regarding the enforcement of judgments in the past period; representatives of media outlets also exchanged and contributed many ideas on coordinating with the Provincial Civil Enforcement Department to improve the effectiveness of civil judgment enforcement in the province in the future.
