Following the long Lunar New Year holiday, businesses are increasingly seeking to recruit workers and expand their operations. Currently, although more than 40,000 jobs are vacant, many workers in Nghe An are not enthusiastic about the basic salary offered in their hometown. Besides improving wage policies and benefits for workers in the area to match the national labor market, continued investment and focus on building cultural facilities, social housing, and childcare centers for workers' children are necessary. Only then can we attract migrant workers to return to their hometowns to work.
