Nghe An province issues regulations on procedures for vehicle inspection.
The People's Committee of Nghe An province has just issued Decision No. 2694/QD-UBND on the announcement of the list of newly issued, amended, and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of vehicle inspection under the management scope of the Department of Transport of Nghe An province.
New, supplementary, and amended administrative procedures in the field of vehicle inspection fall within the scope of management functions of the Nghe An Provincial Department of Transport.
1. Newly issued administrative procedures in the field of vehicle inspection:
- Issuance of Inspection Certificates, Technical Safety and Environmental Protection Inspection Stickers for road motor vehicles in cases where they are still valid but damaged, lost, torn, or have discrepancies in information (1.012875):
+ For cases where the initial inspection certificate or initial inspection sticker for motor vehicles exempt from inspection is lost: 1 working day.
+ For cases where both the vehicle inspection certificate or inspection sticker is lost simultaneously, and the initial inspection certificate or inspection sticker is lost for vehicles exempt from inspection: 1 working day from the date of reporting.
+ In cases where the vehicle information differs from the vehicle registration record due to an error printed by the inspection unit: 1 working day from the time of submission of the application.
Instructions: Submit your application at the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center, 72 Phan Boi Chau Street, Le Loi Ward, Vinh City.
Fee: 23,000 VND (excluding VAT)
2. Administrative procedures for amendment and supplementation in the field of vehicle inspection:
Issuance of Certificates and Safety and Environmental Protection Inspection Stamps for Road Motor Vehicles (1.0012610):
+ Inspection at the vehicle inspection unit: 1 working day. Procedure: Submit documents at the Vehicle Inspection Center No. 72 Phan Boi Chau Street, Le Loi Ward, Vinh City.
+ Vehicle inspection outside the designated inspection unit: Notification of inspection time: 3 working days from the date of receipt of the vehicle owner's request. Vehicle inspection time: 1 working day.
Method: Submit your application in person, via postal service, or by other suitable means.
Fees: Certificate issuance fee: 50,000 VND/1 inspection certificate, except for cars with fewer than 10 seats (excluding ambulances): 100,000 VND/1 inspection certificate.
Fees and charges from July 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024: Inspection certificate issuance fee: 20,000 VND/certificate. For passenger cars with fewer than 10 seats (excluding ambulances), the fee is 45,000 VND/inspection certificate.
The service fees for technical safety and environmental protection inspection of motor vehicles, equipment, and specialized vehicles in circulation; and the evaluation and calibration of motor vehicle testing equipment are regulated by Circular No. 238/2016/TT-BTC dated December 11, 2016, and Circular No. 55/TT-BTC of the Minister of Finance.
