(Baonghean.vn) - On October 23, the Nam Can Border Guard Station, Nghe An Border Guard Command, initiated a criminal case for the crime of illegally possessing narcotics and handed over two suspects to the relevant authorities for processing.

Earlier, at 6 PM on October 22nd, in Luu Phong village, Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district, Nam Can Border Guard Station discovered and arrested Luong Van Von (born in 1983) and Vi Van Suu (born in 1997), both residing in Luu Phong village, Luu Kien commune, Tuong Duong district, for illegally possessing narcotics.
The evidence seized at the scene included 39 packets of heroin.
