According to initial statements, the suspect is identified as D.Đ.T, born in 1982, residing in Hamlet 4, Xuan Lam Commune, Nam Dan District, and currently renting a room in Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City.
On March 22, 2021, after returning home to Xuan Lam commune, suspect T. conceived the idea of committing a crime and went to a primary school near the commune to carry it out.depraved behavior.
After committing the crime, out of fear, the suspect got on his motorbike and rode back to his rented room to pack his belongings in preparation for fleeing. However, he was arrested by the police of Hung Nguyen district before he could leave.
