(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An has officially banned the sea due to the dangerous developments of storm Noru (storm No. 4). Accordingly, all boats and means of transport are prohibited from going to sea from 5:00 p.m. on September 26, 2022.
On the afternoon of September 26, Nghe An province issued Official Dispatch No. 21/CD-UBND on prohibiting ships from going to sea during the holiday.storm number 4.
According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 10:00 a.m. on September 26, the eye of the storm was located at approximately 16.0 degrees North latitude; 118.1 degrees East longitude, in the eastern sea area of the North and Central East Sea, approximately 650 km east of the Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the eye of the storm was at level 12, gusting to level 14.
Forecast as of 10:00 a.m. on September 27, the eye of the storm is at approximately 15.7 degrees North latitude; 113.2 degrees East longitude, right in the area southeast of the Hoang Sa archipelago. The strongest wind near the eye of the storm is level 13, gusting to level 16.

To ensure the safety of fishermen and boats, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention - Search and Rescue and Civil Defense requests the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Head of the Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue of the districts of Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Nghi Loc, the towns of Cua Lo and Hoang Mai; the Commander of the Provincial Border Guard Command; the Head of the Department of Fisheries and the Heads of relevant units to urgently implement the following contents:
