Nghe An commits to removing difficulties for businesses
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of January 11, the Provincial People's Committee worked with Hanoi Beer, Alcohol and Beverage Corporation and Hanoi - Nghe An Beer Joint Stock Company. Recently, due to unpredictable weather, high prices of raw materials, fierce competition between beer brands in the market has greatly affected the production efficiency, business, employment and income of employees of Hanoi - Nghe An Beer Joint Stock Company. However, with great efforts, the company has overcome difficulties, completed production, business and product consumption targets. In 2018, Hanoi - Nghe An Beer Joint Stock Company achieved a total output of 28.2 million liters, reaching 64% of the plan; revenue reached 309 billion VND; budget contribution was 325 billion VND.
In 2019, the production and consumption plan strives to reach 52.12 million liters of beer; contributing 500 billion VND to the state budget.

At the meeting, Mr. Tran Dinh Thanh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hanoi Beer and Alcohol Beverage Corporation reported on the business situation; proposed a number of solutions to develop Hanoi beer in Nghe An. Currently, the market share of Hanoi beer in Nghe An accounts for about 20%. To increase market share in Nghe An, in addition to solutions on production, equipment management, and improving product quality, the company focuses on strengthening the sales team to do market work. Currently, the factory in Nam Cam Industrial Park supplying products in the province has been operating stably; the company is committed to continuing to improve product quality, as well as preferential mechanisms for consumers.

Speaking at the meeting, the provincial leaders agreed with the proposals of the enterprises, affirming that they would direct relevant sectors to pay attention to removing difficulties and obstacles for enterprises to develop production. At the same time, they would support commercial and promotional activities in the spirit of healthy competition, ensuring consumer rights.
On this occasion, Hanoi Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation donated 100 million VND; Hanoi - Nghe An Beer Joint Stock Company donated 15 million VND to the Tet fund for the poor in the Spring of Ky Hoi 2019.
