(Baonghean.vn) - In recent days, Nghe An has experienced intense heat, with temperatures reaching 41°C to 43°C in some areas, posing a very high risk of forest fires. Forest rangers are coordinating with local authorities to set up checkpoints to control access to the forest and monitor for fires in order to minimize the risk of forest fires.

The Forest Protection Department directed its subordinate units, as well as forest owners and local authorities, to maintain 100% of their personnel on duty 24/7 during the hot weather period.
