According to the North Central Vietnam Meteorological and Hydrological Station, at 2 PM this afternoon, satellite cloud imagery and Vinh weather radar showed convective clouds developing over the North Central region. The maximum radio reflectivity was 38 dBz, moving southeast at a speed of approximately 12-18 km/hour.

Over the next 1 to 3 hours, scattered rain is expected in the North Central region. Specifically, heavy showers and thunderstorms are possible in the districts of Que Phong, Tuong Duong, Con Cuong, Nam Dan, Hung Nguyen (Nghe An province) and Huong Son, Huong Khe, Vu Quang (Ha Tinh province).

During thunderstorms, be wary of squalls, tornadoes, hailstorms, and strong gusts of wind.
