In Nghe An, tonight and tomorrow, September 24, there will be moderate to heavy rain in some places, very heavy rain and thunderstorms in some coastal areas, with rainfall in mountainous areas ranging from 50-100 mm, in some places over 120 mm; in the midlands and plains from 100-200 mm, in some places such as Vinh city, Nam Dan, Cua Lo town, Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Thanh Chuong over 250 mm. This weather pattern is warned at risk level 1-2 due to natural disasters due to heavy rain, whirlwinds, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
