Nghe An province updates its team of speakers on new resolutions, directives, and action programs from the central and provincial levels.
On the morning of April 23, the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Provincial Party Committee organized the Provincial Party Committee's Reporting Officers Conference for April 2026.
Attending the conference were Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; and leaders of several departments and agencies.
Also attending were Central Committee rapporteurs working in the province; Provincial Party Committee rapporteurs; leaders, officials, and specialists of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; heads, deputy heads, and specialists in charge of propaganda and mass mobilization work of the Party Committees of provincial Party agencies, the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; heads of Party building departments of commune and ward Party committees; and directors of commune and ward Political Centers.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on many important issues, closely following the new documents of the Central Government and the province; focusing on Resolution No. 02-NQ/TW dated March 17, 2026, of the Politburo on building and developing Hanoi in the new era; the Directive of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on strengthening the leadership of Party committees at all levels and improving the effectiveness of administrative reform in the province;...
The conference also implemented the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party and the plan of the Provincial People's Committee to implement the action programs of the Government and the province; specific programs to concretize the resolutions of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development; protecting, caring for and improving the health of the people and developing Vietnamese culture in the new period.
In addition, delegates were informed about the new points of the Social Insurance and Health Insurance Law of 2024; the socio-economic situation in the first quarter, key tasks for the second quarter of 2026; the global situation, outstanding results of Vietnam's foreign affairs and diplomacy activities recently, and forecasts of trends and requirements for foreign affairs work in the coming period.
Focus on widespread dissemination and promotion.
Based on the contents that have been discussed, in his closing remarks at the conference, Comrade Tran Quoc Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department - outlined the direction of propaganda work in the coming period with specific requirements and clear priorities.
Accordingly, the propaganda work should focus on widely disseminating the contents that have been thoroughly discussed and updated at the conference, especially the new directives and action programs of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee that have been discussed.
The comrade requested that the team of speakers at all levels continue to closely adhere to the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and the province's political tasks; proactively update official information, grasp public opinion; promptly guide ideology, create unity in awareness and action, especially in combating erroneous and hostile viewpoints, and harmful and toxic information; contributing to the effective implementation of socio-economic development goals and the building of a strong political system. At the same time, emphasis should be placed on disseminating Regulation No. 19-QĐ/TW dated April 8, 2026, of the Central Committee on political and ideological work within the Party.
In addition, the Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department also outlined several other areas that need focus, particularly emphasizing important political and historical events in May, especially the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth.
In addition, the dissemination of social security policies, especially new points in the law on social insurance and health insurance, needs to be given due attention, ensuring that people fully and promptly understand the new regulations when they are implemented in practice.
