Nghe An: A project invested in by Hoa Sen Group has been terminated.

Accordingly, the investment project for the Construction Materials Distribution Center in Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City, is terminated, and Decision No. 527/QD.UBND-CNTM dated February 5, 2015, of the People's Committee of Nghe An Province, approving the investment policy for the Construction Materials Distribution Center project in Nghi Lien Commune, Vinh City, with Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company as the investor, is also terminated. Reason for termination: The investor has decided to terminate the project.

The People's Committee of Nghe An province has instructed the Department of Planning and Investment to contact and inform the investor about the termination of operations and cancellation of relevant legal documents related to the Construction Materials Distribution Center in Nghi Lien commune, Vinh City; to guide the investor in liquidating the project in accordance with the law; and to publish the information on the websites of the Department of Planning and Investment and the province.

The Nghe An Provincial Center for Investment Promotion and Support is tasked with introducing and attracting capable and interested investors to conduct investment research in accordance with the law.

The Vinh City People's Committee is tasked with coordinating with relevant departments and agencies to manage the land area and handle other related issues in accordance with the law.

Regarding the responsibilities of Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company (the investor): Terminate all activities related to the Construction Materials Distribution Center project in Nghi Lien commune, Vinh City. Liquidate the project in accordance with current regulations. Bear full responsibility for any expenses incurred (if any) related to the survey, research, consulting, investment of the project, and other related matters as stipulated by law.

This decision takes effect from the date of signing.
