Nghe An province proactively responds to Typhoon Bualoi near the East Sea.

According to forecasts from the Nghe An Provincial Meteorological and Hydrological Station, the storm, internationally named BUALOI, is currently active in the waters east of the Philippines; at 7:00 AM on September 24, 2025, the storm's center was located at approximately 9.8 degrees North latitude and 132.4 degrees East longitude; the strongest winds near the storm's center were at level 9, with gusts up to level 11; it is predicted that around the night of September 26, the storm will enter the waters east of the Central East Sea, becoming the 10th storm of 2025.

In accordance with Document No. 04, dated September 24, 2025, of the National Steering Committee for Civil Defense regarding proactive response to Typhoon BUALOI near the East Sea.

To proactively respond to Typhoon Bualoi near the East Sea, the Provincial Civil Defense Command requests the People's Committees of coastal wards and communes; and relevant agencies and units to closely monitor warning and forecast bulletins and the development of the typhoon; inform captains and owners of vessels anchored at ports or operating at sea to proactively take preventive measures and plan production accordingly, ensuring the safety of people and property; and maintain communication to promptly handle any adverse situations that may occur.

At the same time, prepare forces and resources to deploy rescue and relief operations when necessary.

Newspapers, radio, and television in Nghe An, along with other mass media outlets, should intensify the dissemination of information about the storm's developments to local authorities, owners of vessels operating at sea, and the general public so that they can proactively take preventive measures and respond accordingly.

Maintain a strict duty roster and regularly report to the Provincial Civil Defense Command.
