Nghe An proactively responds to storm BUALOI near the East Sea
On the afternoon of September 24, the Civil Defense Command of Nghe An province issued Document No. 11, directing proactive measures to respond to storm BUALOI near the East Sea.
According to the forecast from the Nghe An Province Hydrometeorological Station, the storm with the international name BUALOI is active in the sea east of the Philippines; at 07:00 on September 24, 2025, the center of the storm was at about 9.8 degrees North latitude, 132.4 degrees East longitude; the strongest wind near the center of the storm was level 9, gusting to level 11; it is forecasted that around the night of September 26, the storm will enter the sea east of the Central East Sea, becoming storm number 10 in 2025.

To proactively respond to storm BUALOI near the East Sea, the Provincial Civil Defense Command requested the People's Committees of coastal wards and communes; relevant agencies and units to closely monitor warning bulletins, forecasts and developments of the storm; notify captains and owners of vehicles and boats anchored at the port or operating at sea to proactively prevent and have appropriate production plans, ensuring safety of people and property; maintain communication to promptly handle bad situations that may occur.
At the same time, prepare forces and means to deploy rescue work when there is a situation.
Nghe An Newspaper, Radio, Television and other mass media agencies should increase information about storm developments to authorities, owners of vessels operating at sea and people to proactively prevent and respond.
Organize on-duty seriously and regularly report to the Provincial Civil Defense Command.
