(Baonghean.vn) - On November 29th, Nghe An will experience cloudy to mostly cloudy weather, with intermittent sunshine during the day, and scattered rain, showers, and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. Winds will be easterly to northeasterly at level 3. It will be cold at night and in the early morning.
NORTHEAST MONSOON FORECAST
Currently, a cold front is moving southward in the North. It is forecast that around the afternoon of November 30th, this cold front will affect the northeastern part of Northern Vietnam; subsequently, it will affect other areas in Northern Vietnam, North Central Vietnam, and Central Vietnam. Northeast winds inland will strengthen to level 3; coastal areas will experience winds of level 4-5, gusting to level 6.
Inland: From the night of November 30th, the weather in the North Central region will turn cold. During this cold spell, the lowest temperatures in the North Central region will generally range from 16-19 degrees Celsius.
At sea: From the evening of November 30th, in the Gulf of Tonkin, strong northeasterly winds of force 6, sometimes force 7, gusting to force 8, with waves 2.0-4.0m high and rough seas; in the northern South China Sea (including the waters around the Hoang Sa archipelago), strong northeasterly winds of force 6-7, gusting to force 8-9, with waves 4.0-6.0m high and rough seas.
Warning of potential natural disasters: From approximately the night of November 30th to December 1st, the area from southern Nghe An to Ha Tinh will experience moderate to heavy rain, with localized very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
