Nghe An province unites in solidarity with flood-affected communities.

These days, the youth and people of Nghe An have joined together to carry out many practical activities to contribute to supporting their compatriots in the North. Never before has the spirit of solidarity and mutual assistance been so clearly demonstrated as it is now.
