At 10:30 this morning, Mr. Ha Xuan Thanh - Deputy Head of the Examination Department, Department of Examination and Quality Control, Ministry of Education and Training said: After counting the scores of the 2016 National High School Exam, the top students of both groups A and B are 2 candidates from Nghe An. They are Tran Quynh Trang - Top student of group A with 29.4 points and Nguyen Tien Dung - Top student of group B with 29.15 points.
