Nghe An province has over 200 perfect scores (10/10) in the national high school graduation exam.

(Baonghean.vn) - According to the latest summary from the Nghe An Department of Education, the province has 207 perfect scores (10/10), mostly in Chemistry. Currently, only one candidate has achieved a perfect score in all three subjects.

In the 2017 National High School Graduation Examination, Nghe An province had a total of 207 perfect scores (10 points). Chemistry was the subject with the most perfect scores, with 91 candidates. This was followed by Geography (46 students), Foreign Language (26 students), Mathematics (22 students), Biology (9 students), Physics (6 students), and Civic Education (2 students).

Information from the Department also indicated that 101 students received failing grades. The highest numbers were in Mathematics and Foreign Language (28 students each). This was followed by Chemistry (14 students), History (13 students), Physics (9 students), Biology (8 students), and Geography (1 student).

Up to this point, only one student has achieved a perfect score of 30 in their exam group. That student is Ho Phi Khanh, from class 12A1 of Hoang Mai High School, a candidate in group B (Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology). Along with Khanh, this class also has 8 other students who scored above 27 points, including 2 students who scored above 29 points.

Schools are currently compiling the exam results of their students. Some schools have already released preliminary reports, such as Huynh Thuc Khang High School, which has 8 candidates scoring above 28 points, with the highest score being 28.95. Bac Yen Thanh High School has 8 candidates scoring above 27 points, with the highest score being 29.05.

Currently, there are no figures available from Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted and Vinh University High School for the Gifted - two schools with a tradition of achieving high scores in the national high school graduation exam and university entrance exams.

According to regulations from the Ministry of Education and Training, after receiving their exam results, candidates who have questions about their scores can submit an appeal. Appeals will be accepted from July 8th to 17th at designated application receiving points.
