Nghe An: Information announced on urban development project with a total investment of over 1.175 billion VND in Van An commune.
On the afternoon of January 31st, Thien Phat Group Joint Stock Company held a press conference to announce information about the New Central Urban Area Project in Nam Dan town (now Van An commune).
The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Nghe An Provincial Department of Construction; leaders of the Van An Commune People's Committee; and strategic partners.

The Nam Dan Town New Central Urban Area Project was approved by the People's Committee of Nghe An Province in Decision No. 858/QD-UBND dated April 2, 2021; Decision approving the investment policy No. 93/QD-UBND dated September 9, 2021; and Investment approval certificate in Decision No. 16/QD-UBND dated February 8, 2022.

The project, implemented in Van An commune on a scale of 20.16 hectares, aims to create a modern urban area with synchronized technical and social infrastructure, contributing to urban beautification, improving the quality of life for residents, and promoting socio-economic development of the locality. The project has a total investment of over 1,175 billion VND.

At this location, the investor will construct 3-story townhouses, villas, and a 5-story commercial and service area; in addition, there will be two cultural centers, technical infrastructure, roads, green areas, flower gardens, parking lots, urban lighting system, water supply and drainage system, electricity and telecommunications system, wastewater treatment plant, etc., to provide housing for approximately 2,000 residents upon completion.

According to the plan, all procedures related to land allocation and issuance of land use right certificates for the project will be completed in the first quarter of 2026. Construction will commence in the second quarter of 2026. Phase 1 of infrastructure construction is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2026. Construction of houses according to design will begin in the first quarter of 2027. The entire project is expected to be completed within 5 years from the time it meets the conditions for commencement.
The disclosure of project information clearly demonstrates the investor's consistent stance on the project's progress; simultaneously, it fully complies with legal regulations; ensures transparency and openness in the implementation process; and respects the right of the local community to know, monitor, and contribute their opinions.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Tran Thi Hoai Son, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Thien Phat Group Joint Stock Company, shared: Nam Dan is a land of outstanding people and rich revolutionary traditions, the birthplace of President Ho Chi Minh. Ms. Tran Thi Hoai Son expressed her confidence that, with the consensus of the government, the support of the people, and the efforts of all stakeholders, the project will be successfully implemented, becoming a highlight of a civilized and modern urban area, making a positive contribution to the sustainable development of the locality.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Van An Commune, Vuong Hong Thai, expressed his confidence that, upon completion, the project will create a civilized living space, suitable transportation infrastructure, and open up many development opportunities and jobs for local people; contributing to the implementation of the Resolution of the Commune Party Congress, aiming towards the goal of building Van An into a ward.

During the project implementation, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Van An commune requested the investor to strengthen close coordination with the local government, listen to the opinions of the people, promptly incorporate and adjust appropriate contents, ensuring the project is implemented on schedule, according to plan, and harmonizes the interests of the State, the enterprise, and the community.
On the local side, Van An commune is committed to creating favorable conditions for land clearance; and at the same time ensuring security and order throughout the project implementation process.
