(Baonghean.vn) - Among the 139 OCOP products in 2021, 14 products were recognized as achieving 4 stars; 125 products were recognized as achieving 3 stars. Notably, there is one potential product that could achieve 5 stars, currently being submitted to the Central-level Appraisal and Evaluation Council for consideration.

Accordingly, Nghe An province approved the scoring results and submitted them to the Central-level Evaluation and Ranking Council for consideration and recognition of the 5-star National OCOP product for the rattan and bamboo hanging lantern of Duc Phong Co., Ltd.
In addition, Nghe An province recognizes139 OCOP productsIn 2021, 88 entities participated in the provincial-level awards, including 14 products that achieved 4-star rating. These included: Dried lotus seeds (2019) - 62; Lotus heart tea (2020) - 68; Woven bamboo and rattan gift boxes; Bamboo screens; Bometa honey (4 honey products); Mon Beauty premium nutritional cereals; Hong Son wooden spoon and ladle set; Crung Tai veal sausage (2020 product); Cua Lo fish sauce (20°N, 30°N, 40°N); Dien Chau lotus peanuts (2019 product); Instant tea of Solanum torvum; Instant tea of Gymnema sylvestre; Solanum torvum extract; Gymnema sylvestre extract.
Nine units that achieved 4-star OCOP product status were awarded symbolic trophies by Nghe An province, including: Sen Que Bac Agricultural Cooperative; Duc Phong Co., Ltd.; Bometa Group Joint Stock Company; Mom Beauty Production and Trading Co., Ltd.; Hong Son Production and Trading Co., Ltd.; Le Dinh Chung Business Household; Nghe An Aquatic Products Joint Stock Company; Sy Thang Agricultural, Forestry and Aquatic Products Import-Export Co., Ltd.; and Pu Mat Medicinal Herbs Joint Stock Company.

Products that achieve OCOP star ratings are granted certificates by the Provincial People's Committee, are allowed to use OCOP labels and trademarks, and their achieved star rating is printed on the product packaging. They are also rewarded according to regulations.
