(Baonghean.vn) - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 159/QD-UBND (January 20, 2020) approving the results of the evaluation and classification of products participating in the "One Commune, One Product of Nghe An Province 2020" Program.

According to the 2020 approval results, Nghe An province has 56 products that meet the criteria.OCOP11 products achieved 3-star rating, 11 products achieved 4-star rating, and 9 units were awarded symbolic trophies for their 4-star products.

Products that achieve the aforementioned star ratings are granted certificates by the Provincial People's Committee and are allowed to use the OCOP trademark printed on the product packaging as prescribed.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to publicly announce the ranked products, conduct annual periodic inspections of the products, and propose handling of entities violating the regulations on the use of the OCOP logo and other legal regulations.

The 4-star products include Nam Dan veal sausage, lotus tea, Thanh Chuong fermented bamboo shoots, Nghia Dan shallot oil, etc.

The products that received 3 stars include cassava starch, vermicelli, sour bamboo shoots, chicken eggs, Shan snow tea, Ky Son ginger, guava, red-fleshed dragon fruit, dried beef, honey, etc.

There are 3 villages.community tourismThe following tourism projects were recognized as achieving 3-star OCOP status this time: community tourism in Ban Nua village, Yen Khe commune, Con Cuong district; community tourism in Khe Ran commune, Con Cuong district; and Hoa Tien tourism in Quy Chau.
