Nghe An: List of 34 communes and wards that achieved 100% voter turnout.

By 3:30 PM on March 15th, Nghe An province had 34 out of 130 communes and wards with a 100% voter turnout rate. The average voter turnout rate across the province reached nearly 97%.

According to the Nghe An Provincial Election Committee, all levels and sectors in the province implemented election work with a thorough and comprehensive approach, from the provincial level to the grassroots. The campaign to encourage voters to participate was carried out extensively through various forms; creating conditions for elderly and sick voters to cast their ballots at home using mobile ballot boxes.

According to a report by the Nghe An Provincial Election Committee, as of 3 PM on March 15th, in 3,116 polling stations across 130 communes and wards (including 55 early voting stations), the average voter turnout was nearly 97%, equivalent to 2,272,510 out of 2,345,921 eligible voters.

In particular, 34 communes have completed 100% voter turnout. These include the communes of: Bac Ly, Chau Khe, Binh Chuan, Chau Loc, Chieu Luu, Hung Chan, Huoi Tu, Luong Minh, Mau Thach, Minh Hop, Mon Son, Muong Chong, Muong Quang, Muong Xen, My Ly, Na Loi, Nam Dan, Nghia Dong, Nghia Hung, Nghia Loc, Nghia Mai, Nhan Hoa, Nhon Mai, Que Phong, Quynh Thang, Son Lam, Tam Quang, Tam Thai, Tan An, Thong Thu, Tien Phong, and Yen Na.

The election results are updated using the National Election Council's election information management software system, which is connected to 130 communes and wards across the province.
