(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 5 PM on March 8th, a child rape occurred in Mong I village, Cam Muon commune, Que Phong district.
The perpetrator of the rape was Vi Van Nguyen, born in 1966, whose permanent residence is in Mong I village, Cam Muon commune.
The victim is 6-year-old HN, a first-grade student at Cam Muon I Primary School, whose permanent residence is in Mong I hamlet, Cam Muon commune.
After committing the act of rape against child HN, Vi Van Nguyen was discovered by the child's family, who promptly reported him to the authorities, leading to his arrest on the night of March 8th.
Currently, the Que Phong District Police are investigating the case to ensure strict legal action is taken.
