The rapist was Vi Van Nguyen, born in 1966, with permanent residence in Mong I village, Cam Muon commune.
The victim is HN, a 6-year-old student of grade 1 at Cam Muon I Primary School, with permanent residence at Mong I Ward, Cam Muon.
After raping HN, Vi Van Nguyen was discovered by N's family and promptly arrested by the authorities on the night of March 8.
Currently, Que Phong District Police are investigating to clarify and bring strict handling before the law./.
