Nghe An investigates case of two female students pulling hair and slapping a classmate in the face.
(Baonghean.vn) - In the video, two female students are seen grabbing another female student's hair, slapping her in the face, and hitting her on the knee. The incident took place in front of many other students but only stopped when a woman intervened.
The Department of Education and Training of Tan Ky District stated that it is investigating and clarifying the video clip showing two female students brutally beating a person, which is believed to have taken place in Tan Ky District.
Previously, on May 18th, a 37-second video clip appeared on social media showing two female students beating up a classmate. The clip was accompanied by the caption: "Female students from Tan Ky, thinking that ganging up like that is cool." The person who uploaded the clip claimed the students were from a high school in Tan Ky district.
Accordingly, the clip shows a female student wearing a pink shirt and a face mask repeatedly cursing and slapping another female student. Not stopping there, the student in the blue striped shirt then grabs her hair, slaps her in the face, knees her, and while hitting her, says, "Don't you dare lie again next time, understand?"
The incident lasted for over 30 seconds. Although many students witnessed it, no one intervened. Some students stood outside filming and even shouted and cheered. Then, a woman in a blue shirt intervened, and the situation finally stopped.
Mr. Pham Tan Phuong, Deputy Head of the Education and Training Department of Tan Ky District, said that the department has received the information but has not yet verified whether the children in the video are students in the district. The department is currently coordinating with the police to verify and clarify the matter.
Previously, in the districts of Do Luong and Quynh Luu, there were also incidents of female students fighting, which were filmed and disseminated on social media.
