Following the success of previous Rice Flower Festivals, this year, the People's Committee of Nhan Hoa commune continues to organize the Rice Flower Festival, in conjunction with the competitions within the framework of the first Nhan Hoa Commune Sports Festival in 2026.
This year's Nhan Hoa Commune Rice Flower Festival will be held from March 19-22 with traditional cultural and sporting activities such as boat racing, volleyball, tug-of-war, archery, and an art program on the evening of March 20 with the participation of many singers and artists from within and outside the province. In addition, there will be beauty contests and a culinary arts program.
This year, in preparation for the sports events within the framework of the Rice Flower Festival, especially volleyball, the People's Committee of Nhan Hoa commune has constructed a rather impressive stadium, combining bamboo and steel. This combination creates a unique and beautiful design while ensuring durability and cost savings.
Every year in March, the season when kapok flowers bloom, dozens of kapok trees in Tam Dinh commune, Anh Son district (formerly), now Nhan Hoa commune, burst into vibrant bloom, creating a unique highlight and beautifying the landscape. With the careful preparation of the government and the people, it is hoped that the 2026 Nhan Hoa Kapok Flower Festival will be impressive and successful, creating a new impetus for early-year production and economic and tourism development in the area.
