On the afternoon of October 4, a convoy of about 300 motorbikes from the southern provinces lined up to reach Ben Thuy 2 Bridge. After resting and eating for about an hour, these citizens will continue their journey. Among them, citizens from other provinces will be led by traffic police vehicles along National Highway 1A to the end of Nghe An province, then handed over to the functional forces of Thanh Hoa province. As for citizens in the province, traffic police will lead them along the Lam River route, down to Vinh University's campus 2 to be handed over to the Provincial Military Command for centralized quarantine according to regulations.
