Nghe An province uses folk songs and melodies to entertain tourists during the April 30th holiday.
(Baonghean.vn) - To promote the value of the intangible cultural heritage of Nghe An folk songs, many tourist destinations in Nghe An have organized folk song programs to entertain visitors on this April 30th.
To serve tourists on the occasion of April 30th and May 1st, in addition to activities such as laying flowers and incense, and visiting the ancestral homes of President Ho Chi Minh's paternal and maternal families, the Center for Preservation and Promotion of Nghe An Folk Song Heritage will organize performances of Vi and Giam folk songs and Phuong Vai folk songs for tourists at the Kim Lien historical site.

This event is scheduled to take place from April 25th to May 19th, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, in the grounds of Mr. Vuong Hoang My's thatched house, near President Ho Chi Minh's ancestral home (Sen village, Kim Lien historical site).
The organizers will select and perform outstanding folk songs of the Ví and Giặm styles, combining traditional and contemporary performance styles, to entertain tourists free of charge.

Also on this occasion, in Cua Lo coastal town, at 7 PM every Saturday at the Sea Daisy Park, the Town's Cultural and Sports Center, in coordination with the folk song clubs of Nghi Hai and Nghi Thuy wards, will perform folk songs, call-and-response songs, and songs with folk music influences to entertain tourists visiting Cua Lo.
