Nghe An: Nearly 12 billion VND donated to support flood victims in the North.
As of 5 PM on September 13th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province had received nearly 12 billion VND in donations from agencies, units, organizations, and individuals in Nghe An province to support flood victims in the northern provinces.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province announced that all donations and contributions from officials, civil servants, and employees of administrative agencies and socio-political organizations will be transferred to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to promptly assist and support people in the northern provinces in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters as quickly as possible.
Currently, two volunteer groups and a 20-ton truckload of goods from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province are heading to the flood-affected areas of Cao Bang.
