Nghe An won 1 gold medal, 1 silver medal at the International Physics Olympiad
(Baonghean.vn) - After nearly a week of intense competition, the International Physics Olympiad ended with a great victory for the Vietnamese delegation. This year's International Physics Olympiad was held in Indonesia with the participation of more than 400 contestants from 88 countries and territories.

Early this morning, teacher Tran Van Nga - Vice Principal of Phan Boi Chau High School announced the good news that all 5 Vietnamese students who participated in the competition won prizes. Among them, two students from Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, Tran Huu Binh Minh won the Gold Medal and Phan Tuan Linh won the Silver Medal. Previously, Tran Huu Binh Minh won the Silver Medal at the Asian Physics Olympiad.

Thus, with this final result, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted has concluded a very successful school year with 4 students participating in the International Olympic Competition all achieving high awards, including 2 Gold Medals and 2 Silver Medals. This is also the school's highest result ever.
According to plan, the group of students will return to Vietnam on July 24.
