(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 9th (the 5th day of the first lunar month), thousands of people flocked to Dai Tue Pagoda (Nam Anh commune, Nam Dan district) to attend the Peach Blossom Festival - the first writing ceremony to pray for wisdom.
