Nghe An opens the competition for excellent speakers and propagandists in cluster number 1.

Attending and giving the opening speech at the competition, Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and Head of the Organizing Committee of the competition - emphasized: During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always paid special attention to the Party's propaganda work. He instructed: "Propaganda is to explain something to the people so that they understand, remember, follow, and act upon it."

President Ho Chi Minh also affirmed: "All cadres, all Party members, anyone who has contact with the people is a propagandist of the Party.".This ideology has always served as a guiding principle for the propaganda and mobilization work of the Party and Party committees and authorities at all levels in Nghe An province.

Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam also affirmed: Speakers and propagandists are an important force in propaganda and mobilization work; they are a direct bridge between the Party and the people, contributing to bringing the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws into life.

The competition was organized to comprehensively assess the quality of the team of speakers and propagandists; and at the same time, to create a forum for speakers and propagandists to exchange experiences, hone their skills and methods of propaganda and mobilization, and meet the requirements of the new situation.

Comrade Ngoc Kim Nam expressed his hope that, through this competition, the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work at each grassroots level would be significantly improved, closely adhering to reality, being close to the people, speaking in a way the people understand, engaging in dialogue to gain people's trust, and mobilizing people to follow, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of political tasks at each grassroots level and promoting the bringing of the Party's resolutions into life.

The competition was organized according to Plan No. 42, dated April 10, 2026, of the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee. Participating in the competition at cluster No. 1 were 34 contestants, representing 31 commune and ward Party committees and 3 Party committees of agencies, schools, and armed forces.

Following the opening ceremony, the contestants proceeded to the competition, showcasing many creative and innovative approaches in current grassroots propaganda and mobilization work.
