Nghe An province awards prizes to students who won high awards at international and regional Olympic competitions.

Attending and congratulating the school were: Mr. Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, Standing Vice Chairman of the Emulation and Commendation Council; Ms. Nguyen Thanh Hien - Chairman of the Provincial Association for the Promotion of Learning; the collective of teachers and students of Phan Boi Chau Specialized High School; and representatives of families.

The 2023-2024 school year was a year of many achievements for Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted. In addition to awards at the National Excellent Student Competition, students from the school participated in many regional and international Olympiad competitions and achieved high results.

These are Nguyen The Quan - class 11A3 - Bronze Medalist at the Asian Physics Olympiad; Nguyen Ngo Duc - class 11A4 - Silver Medalist at the Mendeleev International Chemistry Olympiad; Le Xuan Anh Quan - class 12A4 - Bronze Medalist at the Mendeleev International Chemistry Olympiad; Nguyen Da Thao - class 11A5 - Bronze Medalist at the Uzbekistan International Biology Olympiad; Tran Thai Khang - class 11A5 - Bronze Medalist at the Uzbekistan International Biology Olympiad; Phan Quang Triet - class 11A3 - Silver Medalist at the European Physics Olympiad.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh congratulated the school, the students, and their families on their outstanding achievements.

Through this, the Director of the Department also expressed gratitude for the attention and support from the provincial leaders, the school's management board, and the teachers. Their efforts and hard work have brought outstanding achievements to the school and the provincial education sector, continuing to maintain Nghe An's top ranking in the country.

As the new school year approaches, the Director of the Department of Education and Training stated that this is a special school year as the entire country's education system has completed the implementation cycle of the 2018 General Education Program. Therefore, the organization of teaching and learning, as well as the implementation of examinations, will undergo many changes.

As the leading institution in the province's education system, the Director of the Department of Education and Training requested that the collective of Phan Boi Chau Specialized High School leverage its role and prestige to continue leading in educational and training innovation, adapting to new curricula and examinations to achieve even higher results in upcoming exams.
